Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
{{COMPANY_NAME}} is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Conformance with these guidelines helps ensure the Platform is accessible to people who are blind, have low vision, have cognitive disabilities, motor disabilities, or are deaf or hard of hearing.
3. Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML used throughout — proper heading hierarchy, landmarks (
nav, main, footer, article) - All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Form inputs have associated labels
- Images include descriptive
alttext - Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
- The viewport can be zoomed to at least 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Touch targets are at least 44×44 CSS pixels
4. Known Issues
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations:
- Some third-party content (TikTok avatars, embedded profile images) may lack descriptive alt text
- Complex data tables in the dashboard may be challenging to navigate with screen readers — we are working on improving ARIA labelling
- Some chart visualisations do not have text alternatives — we plan to add data tables as alternatives
